Jorja & Joseph offers complimentary express shipping on all orders over $150AUD, both domestically and internationally.

All orders will be fulfilled and sent from the Gold Coast, Queensland via Australia Post Express Shipping.

Delivery times are provided as a guideline only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization and/or couriers.

For domestic orders, Jorja & Joseph uses Australia Express Domestic.

Delivery times vary by state, with Queensland taking 1-2 business days,

New South Wales taking 2-4 business days, Australian Capital Territory taking 2-3 business days,

Northern Territory taking 4-5 business days, South Australia taking 3-4 business days,

Victoria taking 2-3 business days, and Tasmania taking 4-6 business days.

For international orders, Jorja & Joseph uses Australia Post International Express.

Delivery times vary by country, ranging from 4-8 business days for New Zealand,

6-12 business days for the United States, and 6-12 business days for the United Kingdom.

Orders that are designated for shipment to countries outside of Australia,

New Zealand and the US may be subject to local taxes, customs,

duties, and fees levied by the destination country ["Import Fees"].

The recipient of the order is the "importer" and responsible for any duties/import fees.
