Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase in their original, unused packaging and in the same condition as when received.

Returns made after 30 days from the purchase date will not be eligible for exchange, credit, or refund.

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your credit note or refund. If approved, the credit note or refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Please note that we will reimburse the shipping costs for damaged or incorrect items, provided that a receipt is included in the returned package.
