WHAT IF MY ORDER GETS LOST/STOLEN?
Jorja & Joseph is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Once the package is handed to the shipping carrier, its route is out of our control. If this occurs, please contact the shipping carrier for further assistance.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I WAS SENT THE WRONG ITEM?
If you have been sent an incorrect item (this includes size) please send through a photo of the incorrect item to firstname.lastname@example.org - and we will be able to proceed with what to do next.
When returning the incorrect product, please ensure it is in the same condition as you received it. We will reimburse shipping costs if a receipt is in the returned package.
WHAT CAN I DO IF I ORDER THE WRONG SIZE?
If you do not fit the size you you have purchased, please email email@example.com with your name and order number to initiate a return.
Once your return has been received and inspected, a full store credit will be processed.
